SUMMARY:Cacao Ceremony Reiki & Sound Healing Session
DESCRIPTION:Cacao Ceremony • Reiki • Sound Healing\nA Sacred Gathering of Remembrance\, Reflection & Healing \nJoin us at Prana Lotus Awakening for a deeply nurturing afternoon of connection\, remembrance\, and inner peace. This sacred experience brings together the heart-opening traditions of ceremonial cacao\, the gentle energy of Reiki\, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing. \nCeremonial Cacao & the Heart Chakra \nCeremonial cacao has been honored for generations in traditional spiritual practices as a sacred plant associated with love\, gratitude\, emotional connection\, and self-reflection. \nIn contemporary spiritual and energy-healing practices\, cacao is often considered a heart-opening plant ally\, associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata) — the energy center traditionally connected with love\, compassion\, forgiveness\, and emotional balance. \nAs we mindfully sip our warm ceremonial cacao\, we’ll focus our intentions on the heart center\, creating space to acknowledge emotions\, cultivate self-compassion\, and reconnect with the love we carry within us. Many people describe cacao ceremonies as comforting\, grounding\, and emotionally meaningful. \nMeditation\, Reiki & Sound Healing \nWe will begin with a quiet moment of remembrance and guided meditation\, allowing ourselves to slow down\, release the distractions of everyday life\, and become fully present. \nFrom there\, you’ll be gently guided into a restorative sound journey featuring the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. Throughout the experience\, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support relaxation\, energetic harmony\, and a sense of inner peace. \nTogether\, these practices create an opportunity to rest\, reflect\, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful\, supportive environment. \nHonoring Those We Love \nIn the spirit of remembrance\, guests are welcome to bring a photograph of a loved one they wish to honor. You may keep their photograph close throughout the ceremony as a personal symbol of love\, memory\, and connection. \nWhether you’re remembering someone who has passed\, navigating a season of change\, or simply seeking a moment of stillness\, this gathering offers a welcoming space for reflection\, gratitude\, and healing intentions. \nWhat to Expect \nNo prior experience with meditation\, Reiki\, sound healing\, or ceremonial cacao is necessary. Simply arrive with an open heart and a willingness to pause\, reflect\, and receive. \nSunday\, November 1 | 2:00 PM–3:30 PM \nInvestment: $45 per person \nLocation: Prana Lotus Awakening\n303 East Moore Street\, Dalton\, GA \nSpace is limited. Advance registration is required. \nA moment to remember. A space to release. An invitation to reconnect with the heart. \n.
